Mr. Todd Carroll P.E., C.E.M, B.S., recently joined CCCxA to fulfill a niche in several engineering categories including civil, structural, facility management, and the strategic implementation of Infrastructure Condition Assessment Programs (ICAP) for commercial and government entities. Mr. Carroll’s experience includes serving as a NAVFAC Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), member of the Inspector General’s team for ethical business practices and led the Corporate Preventative Maintenance Working Group (CPMWG) for NAVFAC.
