Mr. Bowen P.E., B.S., has 17 patents and leads CCCxA’s engineering division with over 40 years’ experience in electrical engineering, project management, and quality assurance. Bill oversaw the engineering process at G.E. before joining CCCxA helping set the standard for performance and efficiency in building design, commissioning, and value engineering. Mr. Bowen provides a quality standard to exceed all mandated standards and regulations in the engineering industry.
