Dr. Diddams CxA, BS, MS, DBA, has over 30 years’ experience as a Senior Marine Officer and Program Manager on numerous high-profile projects both CONUS and OCONUS. Commander’s has an over 90% rate for repeat business with a focus on exceeding their customer’s expectations. His prior work included a $980M Petrochemical project, $2.9B in overseas operations in 7 countries, and the engineering and construction effort supporting over 400 bases overseas

Mr. Bowen P.E., B.S., has 17 patents and leads CCCxA’s engineering division with over 40 years’ experience in electrical engineering, project management, and quality assurance. Bill oversaw the engineering process at G.E. before joining CCCxA helping set the standard for performance and efficiency in building design, commissioning, and value engineering. Mr. Bowen provides a quality standard to exceed all mandated standards and regulations in the engineering industry.

Dr. Wayne Strasser provided computational solutions to problems related to fluids, chemical reactions, and phase change for various global industry partners for 25 years, resulting in increased energy utilization and improved product yield valued at tens of millions (USD) annually. He is a registered P.E. in three US states, an ASME Fellow, an Executive Director of Industrial Relations for ASTFE, the TFEC2019 Conference Co-Chair, and operates a private CFD consulting company. He previously chaired the ASME Fluid Applications and Systems Technical Committee, ASME Honors and Awards Committee, and the ASME Fluid Mechanics Technical Committee. He actively reviews articles for at least a dozen journals and is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Fluids Engineering in the areas of pumps and multiphase flows. His current research activities are broad and can be found on his website F.L.U.I.D. and on his YouTube channel. He also enjoys lively philosophical debate on the origin and meaning of life.

Mr. Dronenburg is recognized at the highest levels in previous firms for outstanding support as a subject matter expert to complete the verification of several complex, unique, multi-million dollar national asset systems.".

Mr. Todd Carroll P.E., C.E.M, B.S., recently joined CCCxA to fulfill a niche in several engineering categories including civil, structural, facility management, and the strategic implementation of Infrastructure Condition Assessment Programs (ICAP) for commercial and government entities. Mr. Carroll’s experience includes serving as a NAVFAC Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), member of the Inspector General’s team for ethical business practices and led the Corporate Preventative Maintenance Working Group (CPMWG) for NAVFAC.

Mr. Matt Fuller B.S., M.S., PMP, PgMP, led the business management system for the US Government with an annualized program of $5.2B. Mr. Fuller Provides technical ownership and responsibility for KBR's United States Government approved Estimating and Earned Value Management business systems. Responsible for managing the development of proposals up to and in excess of $8 billion over multiple years with an annualized program value of $5.2 billion. At CCCxA, Mr. Fuller manages the firm’s contracts, projects plans, and compliance programs.

Dr. Allen Harper has served within the IT and Cybersecurity industry for more than 30 years. He is a retired Marine Officer and his last tour was in Western Iraq, where he was the IT/ Security Officer in 2007. He has experience performing hundreds of security assessments, in both the public and private sectors. He is a published author of 5 best-selling security books; most notably, he is the Lead author of the Gray Hat Hacking series of books. Dr. Harper is an expert in performing security and vulnerability analysis associated with IT security.

Work designed by Jacob includes rural hospital concepts, the design for the Riverside heart and vascular institute, and a multitude of other government, commercial, and private projects including life safety inspections and engineering upgrades.
